Campaign Medals

The Medal for the Insurrection 1876
This Medal was instituted by Ferdinand I in May 1901 to mark the 25th anniversary of the 1876 insurrection. It was awarded to the veterans of that campaign

The Medal for the War of Liberation 1877-78
This Medal was instituted by Alexander I 21st July 1880 to honour the victors of the 1877-78 war against Turkey

This Medal was instituted by Alexander I early in 1886 to the participating military of the 1885 war against King Milan of Serbia

The Medal for the First Balkan War 1912-1913
This Medal was instituted by Boris III on 9th December 1933 to award the military etc of the 1st and 2nd Balkan Wars. It was awarded with three different ribbons, One for military personnel, civilians, and families of the fallen.
