Instituted by decision of the Government of September 22, 1972, A form of recognition for the officers and soldiers of the Soviet Army stationed on the territory of Poland. The decoration had three grades: gold, silver and bronze. It was conferred by the Prime Minister of Poland. Not awarded since 1990. |
