F707 Order of Civil Valour 1st Class

The People's Republic of Bulgaria was Established 9th September 1944.This order was instituted 4th May 1966 and came in Three classes 1st Class badge. 2nd Class badge. and 3rd Class.
The Order was bestowed upon foreign nationals and Bulgarian citizens.  For valour in rescuing human lives, salvaging property and in combating crime.
A total of 2,359 were awarded in all classes
