| All items on this site are offered for
sale as genuine unless stated otherwise. If the items bought, are found to be other than described, then the full cost of the item will be refunded on the return of the goods. |

Conditions of Sale
| All items are sent on 7 days approval or 21 days for overseas customers, on receipt of the full payment. If you are not satisfied with the goods they may be returned within that period providing they have not been damaged and are in the same condition as they were despatched from me. A refund will be given to the full purchase price of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. | ||

first served basis. Confirm that the items are still available by Email before ordering. Terms and Payment
| The total amount including shipping will
be sent by Email in British Pounds for overseas
customers. Payment can be made by :- MasterCard or Visa or Switch Cash in BP£ sterling. A Cheque drawn on a UK bank account. Please make all cheques payable to Antique & Collector (Burton). But please note!! Card transactions over $450.00 or £300.00 may be surcharged 2% of the total value to cover administrative costs. I can accept Cheques from overseas but these must be in US$ Dollars and drawn on a United States Bank. There is a surcharge on these of £7.00 or $10.00 to cover bank charges for international currency conversion. I will not accept IMO or Personal Cheques without this surcharge. Postal Orders will only be accepted in Sterling BP. I cannot cash P.O.s in any other currency |

Shipping and Handling
| Postage and Handling will be charged on
all orders. Inland UK items over the value of £50.00 and all returned named medals will be sent registered fully insured at a cost of £7.00 minimum. Recorded Delivery is sent at your own risk over £32.00. Memorial Plaques will be charged by weight. Overseas shipping will be shown on the invoice. |
