Due to the now poor and uncertain postal service we have had many packages go missing or delayed, this is costly to us.
 Please let us have your shipping location with your first contact email.
Inland 1st class postage or Overseas Airmail without insurance will be sent at your own risk. There will be no replacement for lost items.
All owners medals will be returned by Special Delivery. This also applies to urgently wanted orders. 
Recorded Delivery is insured up to £40.00 over this amount will be sent Special Delivery.
Overseas Airmail with Insurance will be sent either by "Signed for" or "Airsure" with insurance up to that receiving country's maximum
Overseas by courier cost would be £40.00 to £50.00 British Pounds up to 500 grams.
No claim can be made under 20 days for Inland or Europe or 25 days for rest of the world
